1. Services & Estimates

By requesting a quote or scheduling service with Suburban Fence, LLC, you agree that estimates are provided free of charge and are not binding contracts until a formal agreement is signed. Pricing is based on the information and site access provided at the time of the estimate; final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ once work begins. Availability is subject to scheduling, weather, and material supply.

2. Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of estimate approval. Customers are responsible for the full quoted amount unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Suburban Fence, LLC regarding your service request, appointment updates, scheduling reminders, job progress, and completion notices.

  • Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per request.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages.
  • Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (570) 784-3091.
  • Your mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS consent is never required to purchase goods or services from Suburban Fence, LLC.

4. Limitation of Liability

Suburban Fence, LLC warrants its own workmanship but is not responsible for pre-existing property damage, improper care of installed fencing, damage caused by others, or delays caused by weather, permitting, or circumstances beyond our control. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Columbia County, Pennsylvania.
